All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or other fulfillment partners depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Delays

WinkedbyKeys is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, WinkedbyKeys is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
